Diane Vogel

Diane Vogel is the Managing Producer of the Kojo Namdi Show on WAMU 88.5 in Washington, D.C.  Prior to being appointed to this position in 2000, Diane worked with the show in various capacities since 1997 when it was known as The Derek McGinty show.

Prior to joining WAMU 88.5, Diane was an attorney with the Washington, D.C. firm of Brustein & Manasevit, a law practice specializing in civil rights, education, and administrative law. Unlike many "typical" lawyer jobs, Diane's work found her monitoring Congressional actions, speaking nationwide on trends in federal and state law, writing articles and commentaries for a variety of publications and assisting universities, school districts, elected state officials and others in interpreting federal law and policy.
